Return Policy

We're here to help if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. For online orders please notify us as soon as possible if you need to send back your order. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition it was received in and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt of purchases. Exchanges will not be accepted without a receipt. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a store credit. If your returned piece(s) do not comply with our Return policy Cove Collective reserves the right to deny the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

Sale items are final sale

Shipping Policy

Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day EST. The Cove Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We are a small business, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. A member of our team will reach out should there be any issues with your order. We currently do not ship internationally.
